Had a peaceful stay for the weekend, glad I've chosen it. Secure and best possible location, the staff were especially helpful. the area was perfect - a short walk to Cannonvale Beach, the Bicentennial Walkway, the bus stop, the supermarket, and a number of shops and cafes. Close to stores.

I stayed here 3 nights and liked it. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. Magnificent location near the start of the Bicentennial walk way, fat frog cafe on the waterfront, and the shopping center and bus station, restaurants and cafés were next to the hotel. Furthermore, it was a 10-15 minute walk from St Paul's Church
My bed was uncomfortable.

it was a very over crowded room, we booked for a 1 room apartment for 2 persons( over 18years of age ) for 5day stay , with full kitchen and cooking area. What we received was a very over crowed 1 room with double bunks taking up half the room , very limited kitchen and cooking area , several signs saying dont do this do that, many orders from management. never had our linen changed the whole stay, had towels changed once only.I work for the health department and travel very regularily and found this accomadation very poor, our air conditioning was turned off by management when my parter stepped out of the room for approximately 10 mins, in and area on above 30 degree temperatures , would never stray in this accomadation again or recommend it to any other person but be assured i will tell people not to stay there , Management staff extremely rude and unhelpful on our arrival when we had driven for 8 hours to arrive there. very unhappy visitors with this accomadation. thank youl
really nothing

Everything was well-maintained, ideal location close to shopping center, the staff were patient. Location: the hotel was close to the waterfront where there is a path leading all the way around the foreshore and food shops and walking tracks to beach;)))

Laundry facility, BBQ facility, and being one level is great with luggage
A little outside of Airlie beach, we weren't prepared for that, but after renting bikes, it was great! (were without a vehicle)
